Ingredients
- 100 g sunflower seeds
- 100 g pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp flaxseeds (ground or whole)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 150 ml water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- Spices to taste (pepper, turmeric, rosemary, oregano, garlic powder…)
Preparation
- Mix all the seeds in a bowl.
- Add water and let sit for 15-20 minutes until the flax and chia absorb the liquid and bind the mixture.
- Stir in olive oil, salt, and spices.
- Spread the mixture thinly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 35-40 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let cool and break into chip-sized pieces.
