Recipe for Healthy and Crunchy Seed Chips

Tired of regular snacks and looking for something tastier and healthier? Seed chips are the perfect crunchy alternative – packed with vitamins, minerals, and healthy fats that your body will love. They’re easy to prepare, and the mix of seeds and spices will make them a favorite healthy snack for the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 100 g sunflower seeds
  • 100 g pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp flaxseeds (ground or whole)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Spices to taste (pepper, turmeric, rosemary, oregano, garlic powder…)

Healthy and Crunchy Seed Chips

Preparation

  1. Mix all the seeds in a bowl.
  2. Add water and let sit for 15-20 minutes until the flax and chia absorb the liquid and bind the mixture.
  3. Stir in olive oil, salt, and spices.
  4. Spread the mixture thinly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 35-40 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Let cool and break into chip-sized pieces.
